Everybody has a why. Why they do what they do and say what they say. My why has always been to celebrate the beauty of individuality. That’s why every treat that I make is customized for a person or event. From the squeals of delight when a child sees their favorite animal in a sweet, edible form, to the gasp and clap of a bride when her favors are revealed, I endeavor to create the feeling that only comes when something makes you feel truly seen, heard, and appreciated for exactly who you are.

My why has recently been elevated to include community. The Marshall Fire demonstrated clearly to me that community is paramount and service to the community that I love has taken center stage in my why.

Therefore, Elevated Oven’s mission is to serve our community with joy and love and to make sure that every celebratory treat is as distinctive as the person or event being honored.
